Volunteer Opportunities

Teens are welcome to volunteer for our library programs. Just stop by the library and pick up a form for yourself and your parent to sign. Once your form is complete, contact Miss Chrissy at 330-872-1282 ext. 3 or chrissybraun@newtonfalls.org to set up a schedule.

What can you do as a volunteer? You can work directly with younger kids during Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon programs. You’ll help younger children complete crafts, run game stations or help clean up after large events. You can also enjoy a program while volunteering by joining us for Chess Club or Trivia Challenge. You can participate in the program, while providing support for younger players. If you’d rather volunteer without interacting with younger children, just set up a schedule with Miss Chrissy to work on your own, setting up crafts, cleaning supplies and organizing the collection.
