The Newton Falls Public Library will be accepting donations of GENTLY used books and DVDs on behalf of the Friends of the Library. The donations will be placed in the Friends of the Library Book Sale with proceeds from the sale being used to support library programs.
The Friends accept GENTLY used: hardcover and paperback books (fiction & nonfiction), children's books, CDs, DVDs, video games and puzzles. Materials that cannot be sold or donated are disposed of by the Friends of the Library.
The Friends group CANNOT accept:
Damaged books (including: dirty, mildewed, water damaged, broken spines, torn cover or pages, books highlighted, written or marked in.)
Musty smelling books
Encyclopedias
Medical books more than 3 years old
Computer books/manuals more than 1 year old
Magazines
Reader's Digest Condensed Books
Textbooks

The Friends Book Sale will be held from Friday, November 28 through Saturday, December 6.
